Looking for an iPhone camera app with the look and feel of a professional manual camera? Red Dot Camera is the first camera app to bring rangefinder-style manual focus and exposure features to iOS, taking creative mobile photography to the next level.

Inspired by the retro craftsmanship of the classic Leica M camera series, Red Dot Camera brings your images to life with unrivalled quality and without the interference of gimmicky filters.

Featuring four basic settings - ISO, Speed, Exposure Compensation, and Focus, Red Dot excels in delivering a retro photography experience coupled with exceptional image capture quality.

Key Features:

**Rangefinder-Style Manual Focusing**
Focus in with precision using a magnified patch at the center of the viewfinder to capture the perfect image.

**Manual ISO Control**
High ISO settings generate more image noise. By letting you set the ISO value manually, Red Dot Camera allows you to capture sharper and clearer images.

**Manual Shutter Speed Control**
Adjust the shutter speed manually to achieve the effect of longer exposures (car headlights, water, etc.), or to capture shots of fast action.

**Display Frame Lines (28mm, 35mm, 50mm)**
The iPhone lens has a fixed focal length of 28mm, but Red Dot Camera shows frame lines that simulate those of a 35mm and 50mm lens, just like the Leica M rangefinder.

**Self-Timer**
Take a group picture or self-shot by setting the auto-timer to one of three countdown settings.

**Black & White Mode**
Switch to black and white and capture your image in classic coloration.

Whether you’re a creative camera enthusiast or a photography student, you’ll be amazed at how Red Dot Camera enables you to take sharper, better-exposed, professional quality photos from your iPhone.

Download Red Dot Camera now and start using your iPhone to shoot the way legendary photographers like Henry Cartier Bresson, Elliott Erwitt, Diane Arbus, and Walker Evans did with their Leica.

Pros and cons of Red Dot Camera - Manual Rangefinder Style Camera app for iPhone and iPad

Red Dot Camera - Manual Rangefinder Style Camera app good for

Very nice camera for street photo and other, but add the shutter volume release.
I love this App it allows you to take very clear pictures its awesome.
This a great camera app, it feels very professionnal, it provides many and many useful option that stock camera dont have. You should try it.
This camera app is just great because of the ton of features that it provides. Its like a professionnal camera !!
This app is the best camera app, easy to use and have a lot of professionnal option. Its worth the price.
This is an amazing app that let you take great pictures with a lot of options. This app is a must-have.

Some bad moments

I downloaded this app to desktop computer, because I use three iOS devices for different tasks. Alas, I can’t install app neither to iPad mini retina display, nor to iPad air, only to iPod touch 5G. Concerning app itself I suggest to developers to add two important options — classic 2:3 frame ratio and high/low contrast versions in b&w mode, also promised compatibility with iPad. After that it could become a great app.
To prospective buyers - wait until these folks make a whole lot of upgrades before buying this app. It is pretty much useless in its present state.
Useless. Slow, unresponsive and exposure comp doesnt work. Focus useless. Should never have been released from testing
Looks like a good app but unfortunately keeps crashing. Makes it very expensive for something that keeps crashing
È stato ed è offerto gratis, invece mi avete fatto pagare 1,99€!!!! Come mai?????
This is a pretty simple photo app that imitates the features youd find on most cameras. The UI makes it simple to see what effects shutter speed, ev, and ISO have, so its a nice way to learn the basics. The photos arent half bad either, the digital bokeh is smooth and nice to look at. All in all, a good 3 bucks spent.
